Coming from a family legacy in cotton farming and trading, Ajinkya Munje grew up understanding the value of honest hard work and simple joys. With Munje Masale, he shares his passion for good food, purity, and community. He named the brand after his family as a promise: 'from my family to yours'.
Our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring authentic, high-quality Indian spices to kitchens worldwide, while staying true to the land and the people who cultivate it. Every spice blend we create reflects this ethos. We bring you the true essence of Maharashtrian spices – homely, bold, and full of flavour.
Based in Amravati and Beed, our spices are locally sourced and crafted using time-tested traditional recipes in a FSSAI-compliant facility to maintain their authentic taste and aroma. We believe that great food starts with real, unadulterated spices. From sourcing to packaging, strict quality control protocols are followed at every stage.
For us, authenticity is a responsibility.
Our journey has always been deeply connected to the Bharatiya soil.
